Welcome to Morocco Copilot Community (the “Platform”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into binding agreements.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at contact@ai-institute.ma if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
- Post content that is defamatory, obscene, infringing, or discriminatory;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems;
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content without permission;
- Send spam or unsolicited messages through the Platform;
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or attempt to disrupt the Platform.
4. Content you publish
When you publish articles, comments, or other content, you retain ownership but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and promote that content within the Platform and our partner channels. You confirm that you have the rights to all content you upload.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
5. Course and event registrations
Registering for a course or event is a request, not a confirmation. Final confirmation is sent by email by our team. Free events do not guarantee a seat; paid events follow the cancellation policy stated with each event.
6. Intellectual property
All Platform branding, design, code, and content not provided by users belongs to Morocco Copilot Community or its licensors and is protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy or reuse these materials without prior written consent.
7. Third-party services and partners
The Platform may showcase content from our partners (AI Institute, Holmarcom, DYN IT, JOBINTECH, MMC). Their respective trademarks belong to those owners. Links to external websites are provided for convenience — we are not responsible for their content.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it accurate, available, and secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (IP, liability, governing law) will continue to apply.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
